Annie Letters

Ok ok so I know everybody makes these and I said I wouldn't, but I want to make Annie some wood block letters for her room. Do you remember the ones Aunt Jenny posted on the family website? Like those. I don't know where to get the letters though because I don't have the tools to make them.

Soft!

The most soft blanket, Annie sleeps with it every night. Minky on one side and flannel on the other with batting in the middle.

Annie's Cutest Blanket!!

I couldn't have designed a cuter blanket. Kiera put a lot of work into it and I love it! (and so does Annie). The colors are perfect and anybody who sees it asks where I got it. So perfect!

To Keep Track of Things I want to make

So this might be a better place for me to keep track of things I want to do. Sorry if this isn't what the blog is intended for Kaylee.

I want to make shadow box or thick frame, put cute paper or cloth then put a calender print out of the month. Something I can write on and make messy. Maybe even have the back of the fame be a magnet board and larger than the calendar considerably so I can stick important things on it. Like a bulletin board/calendar thing. Magnets could be mosaic tiles (saw tile idea this weekend and it was cute).

Also want to make a cover for the car seat. With bows on the straps that connect to the handle. Big bows that detach.

Cottage Charm Quilt

You may notice this quilt is in a fabric store, that's because we have not made it yet. Kiera, Grandma, and I all have the kits to make this quilt. It looks a little intimidating, ok maybe a lot,yet very fun. We took pictures in case we get stuck.Thank You Grandma!

Apron

I have the pattern which is really easy... once you figure out what they are saying. Kiera and I have both made several. It's kinda hard to tell, but the skirt is ruffely. The first apron was for a bridal shower gift. The second pic. is my mom wearing hers.

Satin Ruffle

I bought a RUFFLER for my machine, although it should hook on to most machines unless yours is ancient. It is very fun, will ruffle most any type of f abric. You can also adjust the tightness you want your ruffler to be. This is a baby blanket I made for my sis-n-law Lisa.

Crocheted Blanket

This is super easy just very time consuming. Pattern and lessons from Grandma Volmer.

Chantal's Baby Blanket

Her colors for her baby girl were lime green and brown so it was VERY challenging to find girly fabric. This fabric is corduroy. Very crappy picture, I did a butterfly cut out on the side and little tags of different fabric all around.

Fall Table Runner

Pattern from Pine Needles but you pick your own fabric. Relatively time consuming since you have all the had stitching but really pretty easy. One of my firsts. I think I made 5 of them. Done by Kiera

The purpose of this blog is to share our crafts with each other, so we can borrow patterns and steal ideas. The contributors are Kaylee and Kiera. Kiera is the crafty one and Kaylee mostly just copies her. We would love to have more people join. Happy crafting!
